55 inch sony bravia led 4k tv has sound but no picture

my tv has been playing up the last 2 days and today it has stopped producing any images but the sound is there.

What is the best solution for this problem?

I did have the chance to reset the tv to factory setting yesterday hoping with a fresh start it will work. Sadly today it has not turn back on as normal.

Any advice, thanks a lot.

Hi Dylan,

It's unfortunate that you're facing this but we can try to help. Just let us know the model number of your TV and what are the external devices you have connected to it.

Does the issue remain if you disconnect all external devices btw?
