Could anyone tell me how to get any any extra lens,s etc. for this camera or filters?

Hi @Icbutcher

Your camera is A-Mount so will take Sony A-mount lenses (and a couple of other manufacturers too)

Have a look Here for the range of Sony lenses compatible with your 68K

You may be able to find some cheaper elsewhere on line,

but always make sure they're a reputed retailer before ordering.
