Cannot start your ps4

It’s a reoccurring problem which happens randomly, the only way it is fixed is using safe mode and option 7. Then later downloading everything back to later having it deleted the following week. It happens after a update so it is impossible for me to use the update given by the Sony website. So please anyone at there that knows a fix please respond ASAP or message me via PlayStation DOPESTAR123123
