Hi there,
I am trying to submit a claim for cashback for a KD65A1 TV I purchased at the end of november, I have been trying to do this for 3 days and the website is not working. When will this be resolved? Are there any alternative ways of submitting a claim?

You can try again tomorrow and if there are still issues, just call Sony Support on Wednesday morning - they will be able to assist you with this.
