Hello,

 

I have following TV model : Sony 48 "LED Smart TV KDL-48W605BBAE

 

it supports 

DVBC / T2 / S2

 

Also it supports:

Approved by BoxerYes
Approved by Com HemYes
Approved by Canal Digital KabelYes
Approved by Canal Digital SatelliteYes

 

But I still dont get default channels in my TV. I live in Sweden. Can someone please point me out some settings in my TV which I am missing?

i have a white cable at my home which I am putting in the back side of the TV (white slot)

can you please tell me what exactly are you asking?

Hi @ali.electro,

 

a white cable could be DVB-C or DVB-S (depending if you have a satellite dish on your house).

 

If you haven't done it yet, your TV needs to scan for channels first.

that seems to be a DVB-C cable.

i spoke to TV manager on phone and he mentioned somethin like DVB-T

Hi @ali.electro,

 

your TV does support DVB-T as well, yet the cable you connected is a DVB-C cable.

 

DVB-T means Terrestrial and requires an antenna connected to the TV as far as I am concerned.

scanning does not seem to help 😞 football world cup is starting tomorrow I need to get this fixed :((
