I recently bought a Sony Xperia 10, however after deleting a game, it crashed, when the phone rebooted I found that it had now network service despite it recognising a sim card. I've tried ping testing, factory resetting and various other methods to resolve the issue, however it hasn't worked. I want to make sure that there is a way to fix this before I return the phone, is there any methods that can resolve this issue?
