I recently purchased a Sony ILCE6000 from John Lewis online and applied for £50 Cashback.I had filled out the Cashback form correctly and attached the serial number from the actual camera as an Image and the Invoice as well. Sony then emailed me back saying that I had sent them an online confirmation and asked me to sent the image of the serial number. I then sent the image of the serial number by replying the email directly again and that now I am no longer valid for the Cashback scheme. Could you please tell what I should do now?

I have been informed that your cashback claim was approved on 7/12/2017 and the amount should be transferred to your account within 28 days from that date.
