Sony HT-XF9000 Soundbar rear speakers ?

Is there anyay of connecting rear speakers to this soundbar, I have seen various youtube videos showing universal rear surround speaker kits being used, but how succesfully I do not know has anyone tried it?

The specifications say 'No' in regards of a wireless surround and there are no ports to connect further speakers to it, so it seems that would be a no unfortunately.

I was thinking more of a bluetooth connection between the new rear
speakers to a bluetooth splitter connected via optical, again I might be a
bit out of my depth here.

Only the HT-ZF9 was the rear speakers as an option... 😕

I agree with @JapanMan2 and @huconce. It doesn't say this in the Manual of this model. Also, looking at the available ports, it only supports connecting other AV devices.
