Sony Support App

Hi,

 

Anyone out there having trouble launching the iOS Sony Support App ?

 

Mine updated to the latest version but each time I try to open it a message says that it is currently unavailable and to try again later. I have 11 notifications which I cannot do anything about. According to the Sony support site the last maintenance was in March so I figure it shouldn't be down at the minute.

Trying to log onto Play Memories to download new camera App. Unable to log on, screen comes up with error message saying to try later. This seems to have been the situation for months! What is the problem?
