Sony xperia xa1 microphone doesnt work

2 months ago I replaced the screen of my sony xperia xa1. After that the microphone stopped working. I replaced the charging port and the volume flex cable but it still doesn't work. Do you have an idea which part do i need to change? Or something that i should try to do? Thank you in advance.
