Low sound on HT-RT5 soundbar

I have a HT-RT5 soundbar connected via HDMi 1 ARC to my KD-55XD8577 and the max volume level is low on on imbut from my Sky Q box. I've adjusted the speaker / sound settings but no difference. Anybody having the same problem and is a fix available?

Is it only with the Sky Q box? Have you checked the settings of the Sky Q box?

Hi 

Low sound is on Sky Q box only. Blue ray, Bluetooth and XBox are all fine and have approx twice or maybe three times the max sound level as Sky Q.

Sky Q has two options for sound output to HDMI, they are 'Dolby Digital', or 'Normal' and Dolbt Digital is selected.

All devices are connected via hdmi directly to the HT-RT5 which allows 4k passthrough.. Tried all the HT-RT5 audio input settings with no effect on Sky Q sound level. All of the soundbar speakers are manually maxed out.
