I have had a search around and cannot see whether this product is even available to purchase in the Ukraine or not.
The MHC-GT4D is available however, see:

I would advise contacting Sony Ukraine in order to find out:

Alternatively you might be able to find a seller on Ebay or Amazon that will deliver it to Ukraine, but the power plug would need changing if its a UK plug
