I bought a BDP-S380 this week from Argos, (although I ordered a S370 from Argos as is still advertised on their site, though they tell me they have no more 370s anywhere in the country).
Wired internet connection to ADSL2+ isp Plusnet, in central London. Network settings diagnostics confirming all OK.
However I cannot get any internet content at all. I am receiving error message:
The service cannot be accessed at this time; reference code 11.
Less than impressed with Sony support line, who for three consecutive days cannot tell me what this error code 11 is, and that I must wait for them to get back to me. Each day they do not call, and I have to call back again.
Has anyone successfully connected a S380 to internet for iPlayer?
