Currently having a problem where I can select a program to watch (so obviously network etc is OK) but as soon as I try to play a program the screen goes to a black background with a blue streak across it and does not respond to the remote.
Any ideas?

Are you running the latest firmware? Maybe also try doing a factory reset on it as well. Details in the Smart TV FAQ

It was working before I upgraded the system. Is there any wayto reverse the firmware upgrade?
