Choose to play in 2d

I have a bdp-s4100. I have a disc which includes both 2d and 3d versions. I want to play the 2d version, but it will only play 3d, or connected to a 2d tv I get: 'this Blu-ray Disc requires a blu-ray 3d player connected to a 3d display. Your blu-ray 3d player has not detected that it is connected to a 3d display. This may be due to display capability or an equipment connection issue. Please consult your blu-ray 3d player manual or player support website for more information.'
I am sure I am just missing an obvious option somewhere...

Hi there

When you play a bluray, there is normally an option when it first loads, such as "Play 2D Version" or normal, and "Play 3D". Also, when playing a disc, sometimes if you press the [Top Menu] button or [Popup Menu] on the remote control, will go back to the menu system of the disc itself, to choose different options.

Other than that, is there a second disc?
