I have an 1100 Smart Blu Ray Disc player I have linked it up to the network and checked and confirmed links are ok but when I click on Network Updates the screen tells me - 'Connection Status cannot be confirmed' and Cannot communicate with server'
I am on Virgin cable
Can anyone advise where I am going wrong or what to do also when I attempt a network diagnostics test it tells me network connections are correct and I can receive a number of things but not youtube or bbbi player because they need software downloads which I cannot perform?
