How do I retrieve all BBC programmes lost since the digital switchover.

We have a Sony Bravia TV KDL-32V4000, and a DVD Recorder PDR-HXD890.

Since the digital switch over I have lost all BBC programmes from the DVD Recorder, although they are on the TV.

Before we had 125 progs now only 89, the missing ones include all BBC progs!

Please HELP!

Check if you have the last firmware version (1.24) and, if so, do an hard reset of the recorder (see a similar thread here https://www.sony.it/discussions/message/755062#755062 ).

Be aware that you cannot see HD programs on the recorder... it's an SD tuner only.
