Having some issues with this soundbar, please help!
I recently reset the soundbar to see if it sorted out my issues - it didn't, but after resetting, there was major lag when turning the volume up on the soundbar's remote and even on the buttons on the soundbar. I'd press volume up or down, on both the remote and bar, and it wouldn't do anything but eventually caught up 15 - 20 seconds later by turning the volume up itself? I found it weird so reset again and it's better. It did do this when I first got it but it resolved itself - any ideas why?
The major issues I have is with Sky Stream - I'm getting either the odd sound dip, or on older movies I get an occasional crackling/popping sound when there's shouting going on.
I have the bar plugged into my tv via HDMI Arc and Sky Stream into the soundbar's spare HDMI port.
I'm using virtual surround and the cinema sound option.
