Hopefully someone can help! There’s no video coming from the receiver. Plugging in an external audio source such as my iPhone works, but an HDMI connected devices such as my TV dispayvthe message no signal.
I’ve done the following:
- Reset the receiver successfully by turning the power off with the remote and then holding the power button for five seconds until ‘cleared!’ displays.
- checked the HDMI cables are working.
- Checked the other devices are working.
I hVe just moved home which makes me believe I may have damaged the receiver - hopefully it’s something simpler?!?

You may be better asking the Sony Support team if there are other tests you can perform. Ultimately they will suggest a repair strategy if you need one.
