Hi! I have bought a STR-DN1080 last year.
There was some updates on its system since may 2020.
Yes please! HDMI 2.1, 8K and HDR ready for PS5 would be great!
I hope Sony announces a successor to the DN1080 soon...
I've just bought the XH92 4K TV and have a PS5 but to get the best performance via
HDMI 2.1 I have to connect the console directly to my TV and then use ARC back to my old STRDH820 amp for the sound.
I would prefer all my HDMI devices to pass through the amp.
Hopefully a replacement is around the corner, Sweden hasn't got any 1080 left in stock and richer sounds England has also run out. What I would like to see is the return of the es range in Europe.
