Transformers 3 dark side not playing on blu ray bdp-5470

Hi Guys

I have a Sony Blu Ray player model bdp-5470 and have the up to date firmware as per the sony website (software version M04.R.787.)

How when I try and play the Transformers 3 it come up with  screen saying that I need the necessary firmware update but I have the most up to date version)

any ideas plse, I thin I had the same problem with Avatar when it came out.. why are sony so far behind the curve
