UBP X800M2 factory reset

Anyone know how to perform a factory reset on a UBP X800M2 without ability to see menu on screen.....as can’t get an HDMI connection . I set my TV output to 4K res in error and now all I get is the Sony logo on screen for a few seconds and then connection is lost so want to change res back to auto

Hi @dvdclayton   Any friends, family or neighbours with a 4K TV. Take the UBP-X800M2 to them, not the other way around 😀 or let them do it if you or they are social distancing.

I'd rather reset it...

• Reset the [Output Video Resolution] to the lowest resolution by pressing

 (stop),HOME, and then POP UP/MENU on the remote.
