webcam CMU-BR100 video is not working with BDP-S780

I've got brand new BDP-S780 and CMU-BR100. Can't get video working on skype video calls, I hear only the voice. I'm using 10 MB WiFi. Do I have wrong settings? CMU-BR100 connected to USB in BDP-S780 and BDP-S780 connected to HDMI 4 in KDL-40EX713.

For Skype Video calls, a wire connection is recommanded.

Is 10mb your actual speed or advertised speed? Make sure you have the latest firmware on the device, which can be updated via the settings menu.

Hi. When you say "Can't get video working on skype video calls", do you mean there's no video at all? If yes, You should check the camera.

This would have nothing to do with the internet speed.
