How often does this occur, is it a only daily basis and do you remember if you installed a new application prior to you starting to experience these restarts?

To start with, try temporarily removing the SIM and/or SD card(s) from your device as a defect card can cause the device to restart.

You can also restart your device in safe mode, to make sure that a downloaded application isn't the cause of this behaviour.
