Xperia L1 factory reset issue

Aftee factory resetting my phone via phone settings, it wants me to login ussing previously synced google account. However after typing the exact credentials I have used before it just tosses me back to the screen where it says i have to login using previously synced account.

So Im stuck. Any ideas?

Nope, I havent changed password recently. The login screen does not give any error. If I try wrong password, it says wrong password. When using correct credengtials it just goes back to the login screen. I always use only one google account and im positive its the one I used before.

Edit: When I login my other phone asks me to verify login, so credentials are proper.
