Hi,
Why can't I pair my Sony Xperia M5 to my brand new Sony SRS-XB10?
I'm getting messages on my phone like:
- Cannot communicate with SRS-XB10 (free translation from dutch)
- Connection failed. Please try again (NFC)
I really hope you can fix this.
I can connect the speaker to any other bluetooth device Huawei phones, Samsung phones, several laptops, tablets you name it, the speaker connects to everything except my @#$@#$ Sony.
This is getting ridiculous. I have a Sone Xperia M5 and it just won't connect to ANY bluetooth speaker. I got a JBL Charge as a present last year and it connected to every device (3 phones, 3 laptops, 1 tablet) with bluetooth...except my Sony.
I tried the tips here:
/t5/Xperia-XZ-Premium/Cannot-pair-with-SRS-XB10/m-p/1262477#M6641
After reseting the speaker and removing the device SRS-XB10 in my phone's connected devices I get the message: Cannot communicate with SRS-XB10
I really could use some help here!
Regards,
Sander
