Hi @Greta26, let me see if I can help you out here. 

There is no preinstalled app that supports the feature to block specific numbers from calling you i'm sorry to say.

I recommend you to look after a third party app for this feature, just go to Google Play and search for "Block calls" and you should get some recommendations to look for.
