@proyk

There's nothing to fix, it's just not part of the update, you should follow @D718's advice

Hi All

i just updated my Xperia M4 to android 6.0.1 but i have looked through the menu to set my SD card default memory.

But it seems its not there?!  for the other android 6.0.1 i am assuming this available.

is there going to up an update for the M4 from Sony, since the phone has really poor storage and you cant much with it.

moving apps to you phone doesnt really help that much, because that doesnt really count to system storage at all. so you bascailly

back to square one.

Hi Christofer.
Do not support adoptable internal storage!? Why is that so? This is what all M4 Aqua E2303 owners have been beggingfor, for the last year?
Please give us all a thorough explanation, as to why you have let us down on this critical point?
It will be interesting to see if there will be an answer at all - normally, Sony answers all difficult questions with mindless answers - or not at all......
Christofer, please let me explain you my E2303-situation - which is probably the same for all the other compareable users:
I updated my device after cleaning cache and all unnecessary app's to get to 500 MB free internal memory neceassary for the update. After update 7,01 GB of 8,00 GB was gone - now the app's starts updating, which means I will probably end up at 200-300 MB free internal RAM - way below the limit needed for all security updates in the future.....
Christofer; need I say how extremely unhappy I am? I have a phone, which is compareable to a brick - despite the fact I have 8+64 GB memory in the useless thing - by the way; how is the Sony smartphone marketshare doing?......

@barbarbar I understand your situation. The information I have is that it was removed because it impacted software encoding and quality.
