No Customer Care number that connects to Sony to complain about Service Centers. Your Service center Vigneswara Services at 659, 17th D Main Rd, 6th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095. It is such a useless service center. I always see customers fighting with them for thier delays in delivering thier services. I gave my mobile for service on 9th March 2019 and they told thye will let me know the problem by 11th evening and the charge to check the problem is Rs.180. But till today they did not call me. And when I called them, they picked the call once and told they will get back to me in 5 mins but they did not. Afte 30 mins and 3 hrs I called them again then they not picking my calls. If they have too much business to handle then why don't sony give its Service dealership to some other partners rather than spoiling your SONY brand Service name ?
