Sony xperia M4 aqua selfrestarting ?

My phone have been bought on 5.01.2016 and now it shut downs from him self and he restarts himslef .

Is it softwear problem or is hardwear problem ?

Hard to tell, remove the SIM and SD cards > check if the phone restarts by itself, if it doesn't then you have a faculty SIM and/or SD cards

if it does > repair the phone with PCC > if you don't experience the same restart > reinsert the SIM and SD cards

Ulliwooly's suggestions are good ways to troubleshoot this. I'd also suggest that you test your phone in safe mode before doing a software repair if need be.

Thanks.! I have repaired it .It was the SIM card .My card was cut from micro to nano and it made problems .
