Welcome to the community.

If Xperia companion is not working correctly there are a few steps that you can try to resolve this.

Try these methods one after the other. Verify after each method whether the problem was solved, before trying the next one.

• Make sure that you have a working Internet access. Visit any website, for example, www.sonymobile.com, to verify that the computer can access the Internet. If that is a problem, please check cable, router or the Internet service provider etc.
• Check your firewall and make sure that Sony Ericsson Update Engine and Xperia Companion are allowed to access the Internet. For instructions, refer to the user guide for the firewall.
• Check your proxy settings. If you are trying to update your device when connected to a corporate network, you might be using a proxy. Contact your network administrator for further assistance.
• Check that Java is up to date on your computer. https://java.com/en/download/
• Restart the computer and try again.

L_2384 error. Make sure the latest version of Java installed on your computer. xperia companion Windows 8 works as an administrator in compatibility mode. Establish a connection to open the program to download Android ™ 6.0 marshmallows.

How i am gonna get rid from "UELoginNetworkError  .nnn.. nnnnn_1210_0" this problem that i am facing during update several times??

Xperia Companion is running Windows 8 compatible.When the computer from Windows 8 compatibility mode Xperia Companion downlYou can update the tablet. I have not tried it in windows 7. I've tried Windows 10 did. In Windows 10 you say Xperia Companion program I right-click compatibility fix the problem. the problem

Getting Error Error code: UEStartNoMorePorts# L_2384

Internet Access is fine.

Firewall double checked and all necessary items are listed as accessing.

Switched the experia software to run in Windows 8 compatibility mode, and as Admin.

Not using a proxy, but have set the Experia software to automatically detect proxy settings itself.  
Only have the most up to date version of Java installed.  (currently Version 8 Update 101 64b)
Restarted both after uninstalling ALL java versions and after installing most recent java version. 


Still cannot update.  Also have fresh restarted the phone.  

Any further recommendations?
