Hi everyone

My family have a total of 3 x Xperia T and 1 x Xperia Z all with the same problem. They don't work!

They do not turn on, even when you do a reset with the volume up button and start button. They won't charge, When I plug in the charger I get a red light in top l/h/corner but that is all. Also it will not sync with PC Companion. It keeps connecting/dropping out.

All phones have been completely run out of charge on a few occasions, could the problem be the battery is knackered and needs replacing. If so, I believe you can replace the battery on the T's but can you replace the battery on the Z? I will copy this in the Xperia Z location as well so this part of the question can be answered.

This is really annoying, especially as we are meant to have these phones on contract till March 2015 so any help or advice you can give would really be appreciated.
