I removed all the lock screen widgets and their is only clock widget remain. Then i tried to add them again but the clock widget cannot sweep to left or right and no + mark is visible to add widgets again..
Any could help me to restore them

There was this one time my lock screen widgets vanished although I didn't remove any of them. I tried everything mentioned but no help. Then I boot into safe mode and rebooted normally. The widgets came back. I have no idea which app was to blame. Maybe try safe mode?

I've seen this with my Z1 every now and then, just swipe on top of the clock widget

Try enabling quick launch in cam settings see if that helps.
