Solved: Description(Intention) of Each New Software Update - Sony

Is it possible to know What New Bug Fix OR Improvement OR Feature Addition is done by Sony in each Software Update when it is released ?

Now the updates are blind for me and I dont understand what exactly is purpose of each update.

We sometimes release posts are our blog that state what has changed, but in a general way i.e. "Update to ICS" or "Improvements to Camera".
