HELP MY PHONE HAS DIED (SORT OF)!!!

Right ok, so this afternoon while I was using my Xperia SP it just blacked out, now this has happened on and off for the last 6 months but when I tried to turn it back on nothing happened just dead. I looked online it said hold down the power button and the volume button for about a minute but that didn't work.

About an hour after it blacked out it started to virbrate continuously like if it was ringing and won't stop!!! It's driving me crazy and I would really like to get some sleep tonight!!!

Please help, Idealy I'd really like to avoid a reset route as there is some stuff I need on there that I only recieved this morning so is not backed up 😕

Try this:charge it at a wall socket for 2 hours,force shutdown:

Turn it on normally.
