Hey i want to know if i go to sony service center and change my xperia go housing will it still be waterproof after that ? and will they change the blue thing also ?

If you turn to an authorized service center the phone should still ensure it  IP classification after a service.

As Alexdon said above, you should contact your local Xperia support team for more information about how to get in touch with an authorized service center.
