How to delete teksts permanent??

Hi everybody! Please help me - I want to delete all my messages (sms) from my phone permanent!!??

Im told that if I just delete them from the regular postmessage, they will still be to find on phones memmerycard, log or somthing? And I want to be sure that nobody would be able to read all my old teksts!!?? not even with profesionel help! Hope to find some help from you all 🙂 Thanks!!

settings > applications > manage applications > all > messaging > clear data

Trust me you won't find them again
