Hi ..

I'm Salman and I live in Pakistan

I bought sony xperia s on 28/03/2012

this is my first smart phone before this i was using a nokia.

i have a few problems with my phone

first that when em playing game on my phone the game closes automatically and homescreen comes

second during playin games the phone also gets restart

third if i watch videos, play games or anything longer the phone gets heat up from back.

i have also repaired my phone software through sony pc companion

still the same

hope you guys are going to help.

he was saying that he bought al these phone from dubai . . so should i send this to dubai

ohh, thats bad buddy

For your information sony does not provides international warranty means if this phone is a product of Dubai, you won't be able to get it repaired for free in Pakistan. To avail the benefit of warranty all work needs to be done in the same country ( Dubai).

So now the choice is yours . to claim your warranty you need to send it to Dubai

Hello Nabeel.

I want to buy "Sony Xperia S" but now after reading the forum and complains of the people I am scared to buy because I am also live in Karachi, Pakistan. and here is no any sony mobile Support available in this area.

so what you will suggest me to do so....??
