My xperia s wont turn on

i plugged my phone to my laptop and downloaded the sony pc companion the my phone turned off now when i try to turn it on it just flashes the sony screen also when i put it on chargge it just flashes the same screen over and over.

is it dead or is there anything i can do ive only had it 4 days please help

First of all force shutdown it 

Press and hold the power button + Volume Up button for

5 seconds > ( 1 Vibration ) Force restart

10 Seconds > ( 3 Vibrations ) Force shutdown

 Then repair it using SUS

Update/Repair your phone via SUS

SUS ( Sony Update Service) ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions

My phone battery died, after putting it on charge i noticed it wasnt turning on, i waited several hours and still it didnt turn on, the red charging light was on then it turned on, got to the home screen then shut down again, ive tried to repair my phone through sony bridge but it wont turn on, tried taking the sim out and plugging it in and waiting, still nothing, tried holding the volume up button and power button but still nothing, please help!

Connect the phone to wall charger,turn it off by pressin power button+vol up until the phone vibrates 3 times,then turn it on normally.Let it charge for about 1 hour,then use it.

i have tried the solution that u have mention but ma phone is still dead and a red light gets on when i connect it to charger

i have tryed al of this and still now working sus says it dus not have sofeware and know my xperia will not go in flash mod help
