phone locked security question and email forgotton

i gave an xperia U to my mom, but a kid keep playing and entered wrong pattern and now it says answer a security question. i forgot it and the amial as i gave her over a year ago.. now wifi networks is working but screen is locked... any solutions?

If it didn't work, then you'll have to perform software repair using PC Companion to your phone.
