hi, sorry for the naive question.
i just recently rooted my xperia mini pro (right now on 0.58). i was wondering that wen ICS 4.0.4 does come, whether:
1. i would have to unroot phone, update to ics, then reroot?
2. or manually update through flashing or stuff like that?
3. or i'll receive software updates directly on my phone (i used to get this till now, easy and comfy)
i know it might be a basic question...searched the forum on rooting and ics, but nobody seems to be having this doubt...so creating a new discussion.
thanks
Solved! Go to Solution.
1) you don't have to unroot, by updating it will unroot your phone
2) you could manually flash if you don't want to wait until it gets to your country or your network release the update
3) you have to use either SUS or PCC to check for the update.
if you want to manually flash keep an eye on this thread
