First time poster here. I got the 4.3 update on Friday (11/04/2014) and have since been unable to get email on my phone. My inbox is showing 49 emails and counting but they're not coming through. I've checked the server settings and also got the new server settings from my email provider but nothing's working. What's going on? The inbox is filling up with nowhere to go. No problems getting my emails off my laptop. Can anybody help please?

Hi, further to my previous email, I just want to say 'problem solved'. When entering my email address and password the server settings were automatically entered, which were not the ones given to me by my email provider. So did the manual set up and entered the new settings and all seems good now. Thanks very much for the advice.

I suggest that you clear data for the email application in your phone, go to settings > apps > all > email > clear data. Restart the phone and tap the email application to configure your email account in your phone.
Hi, thanks for your reply. I did what you asked and got the message ' COULD NOT FINISH, COULD NOT OPEN CONNECTION TO SERVER'. I tried this several times and keep getting the same message. Should I try deleting my account and starting from scratch?
