You don't seem to understand my problem. My operator told me that they won't release 4.3 for my xperia T at all which means that they REFUSE to do it. And sony doesn't care. My questions is:

Why doesn't Sony care about my operator refusing to release an update?

Hello everybody! My phone Xperia T used android 4.3, build number 9.2.A.1.199, my phone can't update to 9.2.A.1.205 when connect with PC Companion? My phone no root, no unlock. Thanks!

You can manually flash another country's firmware however to answer your question - Before generic handsets get the update the networks have to all authorise the update, I'm not saying they have to release the update but they do have to authorise it - Then Sony will be authorised to release it to generic devices

Sony TX important question because you represent the Official software from Sony. When you decide to issue a shutdown at 100% charge on the latest firmware? Why Sony isn't giving an OS update like KitKat or jellybean to xperia T after jellybean. This is very bad thing to Sony customers. When Sony will give an update. So many Sri lankans are doesn't like to get Sony now. Because there only latets phones has the jelly...kitkat...then people throw out Sony in their life. The only reason is Sony doesn't give and updates...
