These two players are coming to 2015 devices through the promised YouView EPG. Can I ask the mods to ask politely Sony to get them on older devices?
This has been going on far too long. The breakthrough with YouView is the necessary catalyst to get action on this NOW.

It would be nice to get YouView on previous generation TVs - would be a bonus for my 2013 model (but unlikely IMHO)
Anyhow, I have sent a message to Sony to see if they can answer this question.

Did you get a reply on this? I doubt the new freeview service will be offered to us either.
