all BBC channels poor signal Sony Bravia with built in Freeview

we have a Sony Bravia KDL32EX403U 32-inch Widescreen Full HD 1080p LCD Internet TV with Freeview HD"

It never had a decent BBC reception and channels including CBBies have broken signal.

Any way of fixing this or is it a Sony issue?

Hello,

            There could be a number of issues that could cause this, however it is worth checking simple things first.

1. Are you using an internal (Set Top) aerial or a external (Roof top) aerial?

2. Is it only he BBC channels that are a problem or other channels are also not good?

Although not always possible, it may be worth checking another digital TV using current aerial to see if this works.

If the Aerial is O.K. then mybe a visit to the service center is necessary.
