Amazon video app 49x8309c TV

Does anyone know how I get the Amazon video app to work on my sony 49x8309c? It won't let me past username/password screen (I'm Amazon registered). Spend hours last night trying to work it out 😕

Hi there

Try registering the TV by logging into your Amazon account via your computer.  See this page:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/video/settings?ref=atv_surl_aiv_settings

If the TV is already registered, try de-registering and then retrying again.
