Apps no longer work on Sony Smart TVs

I have 2 Sony smart tvs. On one, none of the apps load anymore, and on the other only Netflix loads.  For what I paid for these TVs, I expected better. I've reset internet, rebooted, updated all that. NOTHING works. Has anyone had this happen and fixed it?

I have had this TV for some time now, but with the recent YouTube issues that have been occurring, my TV is now frozen after experiencing them. I understand that it is not an issue originating from the TV, that it is YouTube requiring more than what the TV can produce, resulting in the TV not being able to perform at all. What can be done to fix this frozen TV? Thanks in advance!
