BBC I player issues on bravia

i seem to be getting an error code 02100 on my bravia tv kdl 50w 829b via the in built app this stops the programme.

Hi there

I have just tested BBC iPlayer on my TV and it works fine.  If your still having problems, you will need to contact BBC themselves, especially if its just an individual program your having problems with.  If you are having problems with multiple programs (ie all of them), then you will need to check that your internet connection has adequate speed to stream content.
