Error 1106 from first connecting

Hello

My english it is not so good .

When I try to connect my KDL 46EX721 to internet i get this error network fiald.<1106> , I tried with cable and with wirless router , it is same , my tv it is new and never be connected to internet , it is first time.

My internet speed it is 2/2 MBIT.

Such error appired when internet speed is under 2,5 Mbit.

I tried with my nieghbour*s  internet ,  it was good  , it is working now. I thinks it is my wirless or my internet speed , because when i try with my nieghbours internet , it is working.
