Is US market Sony XBR49X850B a same thing as UK market Sony KD49X8505BBU?

Hello, the question is Is Sony XBR49X850B a same thing as UK market Sony KD49X8505BBU? I am looking to buy decent 4K for up to 1600 pounds but I haven't found any reviews on KD49X8505BBU which is available in UK. I found some reviews on XBR49X850B though which seems to be a model for US market. I could use some clarification here as well as links to good reviews if someone knows any, please.

I cannot 100% confirm if they are the exact same (I would have thought so, though).  So my advice is to give Sony's Sales Team a call on 0845 6000 124

In regards to your query, we can confirm that Sony KD-49X8505B is one of the newest Bravia models that has not been released yet in theUK market; however, we recommend that you contact the sales team for further information on one of the following contact information ... ; 

As for your inquiry regarding Sony XBR-49X850B, since this is a US model unfortunately we will not be able to confirm such information and you will need to contact the US suppor team for furtehr assistance following the link below:

I am aware of that link you posted. People are only guessing, so we have to wait. The TV is available for order and according to what Sony says it's not in the market yet so they should name it as a Pre-order then.
